Secondary Phase Option

For more difficult collections and possible litigation processing, an aggressive Secondary Phase exists. At the conclusion of the Primary Phase, accounts that remain delinquent can be transferred, with your consent, to our Secondary Contingent Recovery Division (SCRD). Every remedy available such as asset searches, advanced skip tracing and litigation at TekCollect’s expense, will be exercised.

Account submission is at your discretion. Upon your approval, the account is transferred to SCRD on a straight contingent fee basis. TekCollect’s Secondary Phase provides the extensive follow-through to collect from the most unresponsive debtors.
